Hi! I’m Jessica!

I am the Owner and Lead Coordinator of Jessica G. Events. Ever since I could remember, I have loved planning and organizing fun, memorable events for those around me. When the opportunity presented itself to plan wedding and events, I knew it was the right decision for me. I have been planning and coordinating weddings and special events for 5 years. My background has given me a unique perspective on each event planned as all have been custom tailored to the individual wants, needs, and expectations of our clients.

My favorite part of what I do is getting to know and connect with so many amazing individuals and helping them bring their vision to life.

I couldn’t make any of it happen without my amazing team. I am so fortunate to work with an amazing group whose number one priority is ensuring the ultimate experience for all of our clients.

Lead Coordinator

Hello, I’m Frida!

Having a background in hospitality and customer service, I knew that event planning was the perfect fit for me. I first began as Jessica’s assistant five years ago. Today, I am proud to say I work as her Lead Coordinator.

As a coordinator, I enjoy watching all of our hard work come together for our clients on their special day.

It is also so important to work with a team you can trust and depend on that shares the same passion as you do. I feel like I am right where I am meant to be with the team at Jessica G. Events.

When I am not planning events, I enjoy doing calligraphy and etching for my clients as well our very own Jessica G. Events.

Lead Coordinator

I joined the Jessica G. Events team after experiencing the magic firsthand! When Jessica planned my own wedding, I fell in love with the process—from the beautiful details to the seamless coordination on the big day.

Now, as a Lead Coordinator , I’m thrilled to help bring other couples’ visions to life, ensuring every moment feels as special as it did for me.

With a focus on organization and creativity, I’m here to support you in every way to make your dream wedding a reality!

Carol

Associate Coordinator

Like Frida, I also have a background in hospitality and customer service. I have been a part of the team for over 3 years.

Witnessing special moments in people’s lives and realizing that I have played a significant role in helping their dreams become a reality, is why I love what I do.

When I’m not bustling a bride’s dress, greeting guests and ensuring all the finishing touches of your special day are just right, you can find me customizing and creating balloon arches and spending time with my family.

Associate Coordinator

I am the newest team member with Jessica G. Events. There are now two Jessica’s on our team. Although we have given each other nicknames, you will always catch both of us turning around when you call out our name.

I love working with our couples and other clients. My main goal is ensuring that everyone is taken care of and that they are having a great time during the event.

Working with a team that strives to go the extra mile is icing on the cake.
